Job Description
Pharmacy distribution functions, patient rounds and therapeutic rounds, pharmacokinetic consults, and drug utilization reviews. Medication order processing, monitoring patient medication profiles, drug information, medication reconciliation, verification of all medications and preparations dispensed from the Pharmacy.
Qualified Candidates must possess
BS or Pharm D from an accredited school of pharmacy Active pharmacist license in good standing with the state of MassachusettsGood communication skills
