Pharmaceutical Customer Service Representatives
*** All candidates selected to start must pass a criminal background check before starting work.
*** Position begins 11/03/2008
*** This position is Monday through Friday. Start times vary from 6am-8am.
A leader in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is in need of several Customer Service Representatives to assist in answering a variety of customer service questions for their diverse range of clients and products.
This is an inbound call center position.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and react quickly.
- Good PC skills.
* A background check and drug test are required.
* Must be have a HS Diploma or equivalent.
* This position pays $11.00/hr, potential temp-to-hire with a great company on the cutting edge of drug development.
