Pharmaceutical Company looking for Clinical Nurse Educator, DFW, Texas territory.Company's mission: to improve the quality of human life by enabling people to do more, feel better and live longer. Requirements:· 4 year BA/BS degree with BSN, MSN in Oncology nursing or equivalent experience.Oncology chemotherapy knowledge with OCN or AOCN certification preferred. · Excellent presentation, coaching and interpersonal skills required.· Excellent oral and written communication skills required.Position will partner with the Oncology Account Managers (i.e. oncology sales force) in the DFW area. Position description:· Identify and maximize rapport with influential critical care nurse customers to establish and/or expand the use of critical care products.· Demonstrate advanced knowledge of critical care products and markets.· Design, develop and deliver critical care educational programs. Coordinate symposia and continuing education seminars for customers.· Develop and demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of company and competitive products and maintain knowledge of current science, scientific research, and publications in critical care.· Identify and maintain knowledge of regional and national speakers. Assist with keeping speakers current on literature and educational materials. Maintain current speaker lists and records.· Provide in-service education on all company products. Lead and facilitate regional and national advisory boards.· Develop and design nurse disease management guidelines. Compensation: Very competitive base salary with target bonus of $21k annually, company car and extensive benefits including 3 different types of retirement. NO RELOCATION FOR POSITION.
