Get In Shape For Women is seeking highly motivated, goal oriented, fit individuals, to join our New Westport CT Location.. Get In Shape For Women is a unique small group personal training concept for women. Check out www.getinshapeforwomen.com Our program is a progressive 60 minute work out the produces amazing results. We combine strength training machines, functional training, free weights, the best cardio equipment, and supportive nutrition, for a complete balanced fitness program. We check weight and bodyfat every 2 weeks to ensure results!

One Trainer works with up to 4 women at a time for as little as $19/session., an Amazing Value!!

This fitness program has been developed from over 17 years experience in the fitness industry.
