Description
Primary Function: The Personal Assistance Liaison will enhance customer service and build member loyalty through one-to-one interactions with members, by providing a consistent point of contact, and by conducting proactive calls to all members throughout the year Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for members assigned. Make proactive telephone calls to members to include at least one of the following types of calls per member in every 12 month period: birthday, service status, or welcome call (to new members). Receive and respond to incoming calls and written correspondence from members. Develop a personal relationship with members through information shared during contact opportunities. Participate in departmental research groups charged with the responsibility to resolve enrollment, claims, PCP, and referral issues. other duties as assigned.
