PeopleSoft Applications Manager Premera Blue Cross is seeking an experienced manager with technical and functional expertise with PeopleSoft Applications. This manager will contribute to the success of Premera’s ERP systems, in particular the Human Capital Management and Financial Application Suites. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: • Proven experience leading and developing high performance technical teams (5 years required) • Technical and Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP solutions, version 8.9 or higher • Excellent ability to consult with stakeholders and provide technical solutions in support of business strategies • Ability to influence and negotiate for optimal solutions and outcomes • Experience working successfully in matrixed organizations, including supporting cross functional work teams • Strategic thinking and execution skills • Focus on collaborative partnerships with customers, including taking a proactive approach to problem solving and identifying solutions • Ability to be a model of Premera’s leadership values
