Payroll/Benefits Clerk

We are in need of a well organized, multi-tasking individual with a broad experience in various accounting areas to process payroll, assist the CFO in administering the human resource function and update our accounts receivable ledger daily. The successful candidate will be proficient in processing payrolls, have experience using ADP’s PayExpert and EZ Labor timekeeping systems; a background in updating personnel files with appropriate documents, tracking dates for renewals, organizing annual health insurance enrollments and assist in adherence to the personnel policy.  Proficiency with computers a must. High proficiency with  Microsoft Word and Excel is required.  Candidate will be an integral part of a growing nonprofit agency on the near west side of  Joliet, IL working closely with the CFO.
