Job Description:

DUTIES:
Support patient care delivery in the areas of patient reception, scheduling, medical records, verification and data entry of demographic and insurance information, documentation and collection of co-pays.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of billing practices, medical office operating procedures and medical terminology and previous medical office experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills and prior customer service experience required.
