We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Technician-CDL Driver with HazMat, who wants to be part of a company who makes a difference in patient’s lives. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and caring individual who will be responsible for delivery and set-up of equipment at the delivery address and educating the patient and/or caregiver on the safe use and maintenance of the delivered item. Job Responsibilities: Delivers, sets up, and maintains equipment at patients' homes Educates the patient and/or caregiver on the safe use and maintenance of the delivered items Completes all necessary delivery forms and paperwork including invoices, work orders, manifests and logs Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations Works with CSR’s to coordinate deliveries Develops and maintains a working knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, and FDA/DOT and JCAHO guidelines You will have the opportunity to provide some of the nation's most advanced home medical equipment and services to patients within your territory.
