A Patient’s first impression of Sleek comes from the person who greets them on the phone or while visiting one of our locations in person.  This makes the Patient Coordinator one of the most important positions in the company and therefore it is vital that you will represent Sleek with the utmost professionalism.

 

 

 Patient Coordinator’s Responsibilities Include:Meet and greet ProspectsMaintain facility cleanlinessManage the front desk, reception and Patient waiting areas with a service attitudeSchedule appointments and perform confirmation callsProper routing of incoming calls and questions from PatientsPerform all Patient check-in and check-out proceduresDatabase managementMaintain Patient filesMaintain inventory and recommend/up-sell products and services to all PatientsAct as the Manager on Duty when the General Manager is not presentPerform Opening and Closing procedures as neededStock and clean the retail product dailyMaintain supplies at the front deskOffer and provide Patients and Prospects refreshment

 

Requirements

Ø  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø  Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Ø  Experience in customer care positions

Ø  Problem solving skills

Ø  High school diploma or GED
