The most qualified candidate will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our patients, our referring physicians and their staffs in a strong and very successful team centered environment. Candidates must possess the following skills or qualifications:?A genuine concern for others?Ability to handle check in process with quickness and accuracy?Ability to obtain patient information including demographic and health insurance information and enter it into the proper systems ?Ability to accurately collect and enter patient co-payments in a timely fashion. ?Ability to multitask effectively with poise and professionalism.?Know how to prioritize workload with a customer first approach?Possess time management skills to effectively complete heavy workload?Communicate effectively with all customers, including but not limited to patients, physicians and their staffs, payers, co-workers?Ability to develop strong relationships and maintain themOnly individuals who can thrive in a fast paced environment are successful in this position.
