What we're looking for:Ablility to work 11am - 8pm Monday - Friday and occasional Saturday morningsMinimum of 1-2 years prior work experience in a call center environment strongly preferred, in a medical products sales or other health care setting a plusHigh school diploma/GED and a combination of experience requiredKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurances preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusAbility to make 70-100 calls daily with a great attitude on each oneSuperior customer service and strong interpersonal skillsGreat telephone presenceAbility to patiently, passionately yet professionally communicate with customers via phoneAbility to multi-task and effectively manage time in order to meet expectations in a fast-paced environmentFlexible attitude and adaptable to frequent changesDemonstrated sense of urgency and accountability in serving customers and completing tasks Great active listening skillsStrong keyboarding skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software applications
