Patient Accounts System Support Analyst
Reports to the Director of Patient Accounts. Researches and implements new technology to enhance the productivity of the Business Office and Credit and Collection personnel. Develops models for tracking systems using a multitude of software packages and oversees a ticket system for tracking system issues. Provide application, documentation and training support for Patient Accounts.
Requirements: Current knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Access, Monarch, and other software packages as needed. Associate Degree in Computer science (or equivalent experience). Experience in Third Party Billing in acute care hospital setting of 2 years or more required.
