Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents is currently recruiting for a full-time Patient Account Representative. Cumberland Hospital is a 94-bed state licensed and JCAHO-accredited specialty rehabilitation hospital. We provide specialized care for young people whose disabilities, injuries or lifelong illnesses are compounded by emotional and/or behavioral problems. Our campus is located on 98 acres of riverfront land between Richmond and Williamsburg, Virginia in New Kent County.

The Patient Account Representative to be responsible for collections of patientsâ€™ charges. Medical billing knowledge & collections experience required with UB-04 experience. Prefer knowledge of governmental and commercial payers. Responsible for contacting third party payers about claim reimbursement and denied claims. Must be proficient in Excel and data entry. Cumberland offers excellent pay including a full benefits package. Position is eligible for pay incentive above base earnings based on performance. Interested candidates submit resume to:
