Part-time RN Case Manager

HealthCare Resolution Services, Inc. seeks a Public Health Clerk to work at Los Angeles AFB in Los Angeles, CA.

Experience:

** Previous military experience as Medical Admin or Medical Assistant with strong administrative skills highly desired.

Abilities:

 

Mandatory knowledge and skills. A fully qualified typist with a minimum of 50 WPM is required. General medical ethics, telephone etiquette, and excellent communication and customer service skills.  General office administrative and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties and answer telephones. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

 

Training:

 

At least 6 months of experience in medical office setting.

Duties:

- Assist in preparation of health treatment and medical intelligence briefings and other documents for deploying forces

- Assist with medical administrative deployment processing activities for deploying troops - this includes pre and post deployment health assessments

- Provide database managementof the Preventive Health Assessment (PHA) and Individual Medical Readiness (PIMR) program

- Prepare from PIMR and provide top designated unit representative individual (IMR) due/overdue rosters

- Gather data and assist in preparation of reports related to deployment health





Education:

- High School Diploma or GED
