Will be responsible for Nursing Process based on established Standards of Practice; as well as ensures all patient care policies and procedures are adhered to in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and the New Jersey State Licensure requirements. NJ RN License requirements: 2-5 years hospital nursing experience. Critical care exp if applicable. I.V., Basic Life Support, CCU, ACLS and CCRN Certifications required for some specialty units. Case Management requirements: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or RN Diploma graduate; 2-5 years hospital nursing experience; 1-5 years related case management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and exp.
