PROVIDER RELATIONS MANAGER I - ST5562
ValueOptions?, Inc., the nation?s largest privately held behavioral health care company, has contracted with Volunteer State Health Plan (VSHP) to provide behavioral healthcare services to 375,000 TennCare members, Tennessee?s Medicaid population. To launch this exciting new venture, ValueOptions? is seeking qualified candidates for our Regional Representative positions. ValueOptions? offers a competitive benefit and compensation package and opportunities for professional and personal growth. Regional Representatives perform provider outreach and proactive personal contact with providers in their offices through attendance at professional gatherings. Provides education and brings provider feedback to the local or national office for action. Recruits new providers and works to maintain satisfaction of providers to prevent disenrollment. Conducts site visits and works closely with local and national provider relations/network management staff to efficiently delivery services.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in related field, with experience in provider relations, preferably in a behavioral health and/or managed care setting. Preference given to candidates with licensure. Position requires frequent travel and personal transportation.
