Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC), has a highly visible position available for an individual to provide leadership and support for our External Affairs Department, and PCDC's fundraising, communication, marketing, and policy efforts. Through our targeted loans, performance improvement programs, and policy leadership, Primary Care Development Corporation (www.pcdcny.org) is at the forefront of efforts to strengthen the primary care sector in New York and beyond. This position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in reforming healthcare by working with key policymakers, healthcare providers, advocates, and the media.

To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree and up to two years of fundraising, communication, marketing, and/or policy experience, preferably with project management experience. An MBA, MPA, or MPH is preferred. Candidates must also possess strong verbal, writing, editing and research skills, and be proficient in Raiser's Edge, desktop publishing, web development, and Microsoft Office software. Demonstrated experience managing multiple, simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams within budgetary and schedule constraints is a must. Knowledge of New York healthcare issues and passion for healthcare reform strongly preferred.
