PRMC - EXPERIENCED MONITOR TECHS!

 

Peninsula Regional Medical Center is seeking Experienced Monitor Technicians to become at part of our dynamic new team!  The Monitor Technician will observe and identify patient cardiac rhythms via telemetry monitoring systems, notifying appropriate nursing personnel of changes in the patient’s cardiac rhythm.

 

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.  Successful completion of basic cardiac rhythm recognition course at PRMC or other facility. Successful completion of Medical Terminology course preferred. Basic computer skills and verbal and written communication skills required. 6 months experience with cardiac monitoring preferred. Experience in healthcare field such as EMT is desirable.
