Plans and organizes training and prevention, education and outreach activities for members and other stakeholders. Empower family members and others to action by sharing personal story of resiliency and hope. Works with service center staff to identify internal training and educational opportunities to promote organizational efficiency and effective delivery of services. Incorporates recovery and resiliency principles into education and outreach activities and works with various stakeholder teams to develop and deliver programs, written communications and related work plans and projects. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor?s Degree and at least three year?s experience in developing educational programs, outreach activities and group facilitation. Requires lived experience as a family member of youth with serious emotional disorders. Excellent organizational and planning skills as well as writing and presentation abilities.
