PC Support Technician

Currently we’re seeking an individual who is proficient in configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining desktop and laptop computing devices utilizing Windows XP and Vista, Mac OS9 and OSX, and Linux operating systems within a multi-domain structure. Position provides service coverage for main campus as well as remote FCCC sites as well as after hours on-call support on a rotational basis.

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, 3+ years experience in desktop support as well as experience in configuring and supporting hand held devices such as PDA’s, Treo’s, and Blackberries. Familiarity with PC imaging utilizing Ghost and with installation, troubleshooting, and documentation of software applications for both MAC and Windows based clients required; video conferencing and network experience desirable.
