PATIENT SERVICE CENTER SUPERVISOR

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise the daily activities of the Patient Service Center. This will include the quality and quantity of services (both technical and non-technical) at the location Develop scheduling systems for personnelAssist in the development and promotion of job descriptions and responsibilitiesConduct performance reviews on staff in accord with company guidelines Perform coaching and counseling of staff when needed Coordinate the transportation duties with the MSCL Logistics Manager, as required Coordinate public relations of MSCL clients with the MSCL Client Retention staff Serve as backup for area staff if needed Coordinate communication lines between MSCL and their service area Coordinate with PSC manager yearly budget procedure Special assignments as delegated by the PSC manager

REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or equivalent Three years experience in phlebotomy and specimen handling At least one year experience in supervisory situations
PREFER: Experience in operations, logistics and scheduling, knowledge of Meditech systems
