PATIENT FINANCIAL SERVICES REP

The Patient Financial Service Rep is responsible for the billing and follow-up of all inpatient and outpatient claims. Informs Team Leader of any payer trends including but not limited to payment, nonpayment or denials.


HS/GED required. 0-1 years of experience required. 2-4 years of experience preferred.Prior billing experience and experience in MS Office including Excel are preferred. Detailed knowledge of UB 92 billing forms, medicare, blue cross and commercial billing knowledge preferred.
