Outpatient Physical Therapist - Full Time Days

The Hyde Park Physical Medicine Center is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist (Days). The Physical Medicine Center at Hyde Park is equipped with state of the art exercise and treatment equipment that enables our therapists to provide high quality care to our outpatient population. Job Description:Following a medically prescribed physical therapy program, the Physical Therapist evaluates, treats and educates pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patients who have disabilities, traumatic injuries, pain, disease or any dysfunction, and helps them reach their maximum performance.Hyde Park Physical Medicine is an affiliate of the Health Quest hospital system.
