Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator

Quality oriented, growing, successful, Northland Orthodontic office seeking full time scheduling coordinator to be our ambassador of first impressions.  Applicants must be self motivated, organized, goal oriented, fun and friendly team players. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.  Excellent phone manners required. Need to be able to efficiently multitask. Must be computer proficient - we are a high tech/high touch office. Strong basic math (bookkeeping) skills required.
