Services offered by the company include pharmacy network contracting, rebate contracting and administration, mail order pharmacy facilities, specialty drugs and retail drug claims processing.  The company is one of only three in the United States to have received URAC dual accreditation and provides clinical services to help its clients provide cost effective, quality-driven results.  The company is part of Pharmacy Services group, within Enterprise Services, a family of UnitedHealth Group businesses dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Americans.    Primary Responsibilities:  Design, implement and maintain all functions of database systems, including access, methods and time, device allocations, validation checks, organization, security, documentation, and statistical methodology. Monitor overall standards and procedures, assists in integrating various systems. Consult with users, determine requirements and recommend database establishment and utilization.  Manage AS10g Infrastructure including its components and services. Manage AS10g instances. Configure and manage AS10g Web Cache. Configure and manage Oracle HTTP Server. Configure and manage AS10g Containers for J2EE (OC4J). Clone and stage Oracle Application Server. Configure and manage OracleAS Cluster (Web Cache). Configure and manage OracleAS Cluster (OC4J). Manage Websites. Deploy J2EE Applications and Web Services. Manage Secure Socket Layer in AS10g. Back up and restore AS10g. Perform basic administration tasks related to Oracle B2B. Implement B2B transactions over various protocols. Develop innovative approaches. Sought out as expert. Serve as a leader/ mentor. Review the work of others.Qualifications:Experience as an Oracle DBA is required. Experience with backup and recovery is required.Experience with Oracle Web functionality is required.Experience with J2EE development is preferred.Experience with XML development is preferred.Anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them.
