Professional sought to manage the problem assessment, planning and program execution of a four-year grant funded initiative targeting opiate misuse prevention strategies to reduce unintentional and non-fatal overdoses for the City of Gloucester Health Department. Qualifications: BS Degree with experience in project management, community coalition building and substance abuse prevention; Ability to communicate effectively, orally and  in writing with city employees, hard to reach at-risk youth and the general public; a MA driver’s license required.
