Operations Support Specialist

On behalf of our client, we are seeking highly motivated operations support specialist professionals with knowledge and/or experience in the ambulance industry. Previous healthcare experience for physicians/hospitals/DME/LTC or processing for insurance companies will also be considered. 

Responsibilities include quality assurance audits on claims processed by third party vendors and to ensure claims are being processed in a timely and professional manner in accordance with company compliance standards.  Process denials, refunds, and/or exception reports according to assigned criteria.  Seeking experienced candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years medical billing or follow-up experience, excellent written communication skills, and strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
