POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the overall success of a project as it moves through the operational departments within OHIS. Works closely with several departments to ensure that there are no issues within each of the departments that would affect the success of a project. 

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience; BA or BS in business or a related field preferred;

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Strong problem-solving and analysis skills required;

Ability to facilitate pragmatic operational problem resolution with an excellence in customer service;

Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills;

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and work with staff at all levels;

Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Outlook);

Ability to work independently and in team environments, and to promote cooperation and collaboration among all levels of staff and customers;

Ability to take initiative and follow through on projects;

Is detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful;

Ability to handle multiple tasks reliably in a fast-paced environment;

Ability to develop expertise in the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures;

Demonstrates knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
