Busy Spinal Surgery practice is seeking a qualified Front Office Specialist in our Corporat office in Dallas, TX.

The sucessful candidate will be responsible for:

Gather and verify current demographic information including insurance information. Contact insurance companies in order to verify benefits/coverage. Check-in/check-out patients. Answer phones and schedule appointments Collect copays, deductibles, and any past balances. Have billing knowledge.

Qualified Candidate should posses the following:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Two to four years experience, in a Medical office setting. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with ICD-9, CPT and HCPCS codes and HIPAA laws. Experience with Orthopedics and Spine.
