 ISC professionals deliver therapy and rehabilitation services under the umbrella of our proprietary CARE3 Wellness Program. A comprehensive therapy and wellness system, CARE3 integrates both proactive and reactive services to help seniors enhance their health and fitness, and retain or improve their independence. 

 CARE3 Wellness Program is primarily preventive in nature and uses a holistic approach that treats both symptoms and underlying causes of pain and debility. It goes far beyond traditional therapy to include massage therapy, chair yoga and Tai Chi, as well as health education and group exercise classes. The goal is to help counter the negative effects of aging by promoting functional independence and improving overall health and comfort.

 Innovative Senior Care professionals implement CARE3 Wellness Program components for residents in senior living communities across the nation. Participants typically require less assistance and remain independent for longer than they otherwise might. There are three distinct segments of the CARE3 Wellness Program, each comprised of multiple components, activities and processes. These include: Rehabilitation Care, Fitness Care and Educational Care.

Position Summary:

Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation and communication.  Functions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.  Adheres to applicable principles and practices of occupational therapy, Innovative Senior Care policies and procedures and state regulations.

 

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

1. Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

License to practice as an occupational therapy assistant within the state.
