Joining Thom’s Early Intervention Program means joining the largest program of its kind in Massachusetts.Our Early Intervention teams provide services to eligible children, birth to three years old, and their families. You will have leadership opportunities, on-going supervision and paid continuing education and training – all contributing to our supportive environment for both experienced and beginning Occupational Therapists.We are a strong organization, helping families for almost a century. As an Occupational Therapist in our program, you will be part of a strong and determined team of multidisciplinary professionals. You will participate in eligibility evaluations with your team and act as a Service Coordinator for individual families. Providing services to children based on their Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP), you will work with individual families and children in their homes, their day care providers’ or community sites.
Requirements: Current MA Occupational Therapist license Ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to write reports Strong organizational skills to balance productivity needs and required paperwork Respectful of individual family cultures Recognition of importance of and respect for confidentiality
