  My client, a community hospital with services of Acute, 17 bed SNU, 12 bed Inpatient rehab facility, and outpatient centers.  They have a staff of around 10 full time and 6 part time therapists.  Currently, only two OTR's on staff and carry a per diem status but work a regular reduced-hour shifts (until more Full Time employees can be placed), and three are COTA's. The hours are typically 8-4:30 and you get an hour break for lunch.  There is an immediate need for an OTR to cover all of these settings for evaluations and regular work on the Acute Care area and in the outpatient area.
