Occupational Therapist – Team Leader – Tabor Rd. / Willowcrest

MossRehab is currently looking for a Full Time Occupational Therapist to become part of our team here at the Albert Einstein Medical Center. We are a level one trauma facility located in North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Our specialties include routine to highly specialized medical and surgical treatment. In this role, you will assume immediate responsibility for:



Performs evaluation and treatment of patients/residents upon referral to relieve pain, prevent disability, develop and improve skills and restore function. Provides service to adult, older adult and frail elderly age populations in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. Facilitate a high quality of patient care and serve as a resource for other occupational therapists. Work with staff at all levels to identify training needs to further develop the staff members expertise and to maintain a high standard of care. Enhance the delivery of occupational therapy services, facilitate clinical research and investigation, and/or develop educational programs.

If you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:



Bachelors Degree, entry level Masters Degree, or Bachelors Degree plus certification in OT from an AOTA accredited curriculum required. At least 4 years of clinical experience required with demonstrated outstanding clinical skills in an area of interest; at least two years of clinical instructorship preferred. Should have expertise and leadership in a clinical area as demonstrated by post entry-level education, teaching, program development, research, publications, and/or presentations. Internal candidates consistently meet all performance appraisal standards. Familiarity with research design, statistical analysis and proposal development preferred. Pennsylvania licensure in Occupational Therapy required.
