The Occupational Therapist provides safe and effective occupational therapy services including the evaluation of the functional performance abiltity of persons impaired by physical illnessor injury, congenital or developmental disability and/or the aging process.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.

State of Illinois license.

CPR certification.

Certification by the NBOCT is required.

This position is registry with variable hours.
