Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, Rehabilitation Tech Aide

 Hamilton Plaza  Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Passaic, New Jersey, skilled nursing subacute rehab facility, seeks an occupational therapist, a certified occupational therapy assistant, and a rehab tech aide, to join its in-house therapy program.

The rehab tech aide has many important duties to fulfill. As an aide, you will be assisting therapists with their treatments if needed, and copying and filing paperwork for the department. Another essential part of the job is communication. The aide must uphold professionalism as they communicate with patients, patient families, physicians, nurses, department managers and various other people. This may be via fax, mail, telephone, or in person. Among these important duties are many other tasks which include; logging daily rehab minutes, attending meetings, ordering equipment for the department and residents, inputting information to the computer, organizing and maintaining important documents, and cleaning wheelchairs.

Park Manor in Bloomfield, New Jersey, skilled nursing and subacte rehab center, seeks an occupational therapist, and occupational therapy assistant to join its growing in-house therapy program. We are well-managed, 50-bed, company-owned and operated skilled nursing and subacute rehab facility. The building, is located on an attractive, tree-lined side street, has a great reputation in the community, a busy subacute case load, and a comfortable, cozy feel as it was once a large private home.
