Job Description

Evaluating and executing appropriate treatment for referred patients.

Assisting in maintaining the department's efficient operation.
General Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Initial certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and current licensure by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing required.
Minimum two years of experience as an OT in a hospital, outpatient, or other relevant setting.
Good human relations, organization, problem solving, and decision-making skills required.
Minimum of 60 contact hours of continuing education.
Has the recommendation for Level II position from Site leadership involved.
Meets or exceeds 100% of the clinical skills of a Level I OT.
Consistent and dependable in work performance.
Displays initiative, versatility, and positive interpersonal skills.
Must obtain CPR certification within 3 months of hire.
Desired Qualifications
Must have flexibility to meet the department's needs.
Excellent teamwork skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
Good documentation skills.
Superior clinical skills, both inpatient and outpatient.
