OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - EVENING SHIFT

HemaCare Corporation, founded in 1978, provides blood products and services to over 160 hospitals from coast to coast. We have a great opportunity for an Operations Supervisor (night shift – 3 p.m. to 12 midnight) available in our Southern California region.
The successful candidate will be able to encourage team work and accountability amongst clinical, lab, production, distribution and warehouse staff on the evening shift. Monitor evening shift activities to ensure critical tasks are completed, operational and customer service problems are resolved in a timely manner and staff activities adhere to state, federal, and AABB guidelines as well as the Company’s quality program plan.
Responsibilities will also include overseeing the maintenance of company vehicles, reconciliation of gas receipts, courier bills, and other receipts, overseeing facility equipment service contracts, and assisting in the recruitment, hiring, training and supervision of operations staff.
Inventory Management, Healthcare or production/distribution experience. Two years Lead Person or supervisory experience.
