POSITION SUMMARY: Directs the day-to-day functions of the nursing center in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations that govern long-term care centers, and as may be directed by the Regional Vice President, to provide appropriate care for our patients.EDUCATION: Eligible for or currently holds a Nursing Home Administrator license.EXPERIENCE: 2 years of successful track record of managing a facility or multi-facilities to include good surveys and strong financial performance.SKILLS: Proven leadership skills and communication skills.
