About the Opportunity
Help HealthBridge Management be a leader in the Health Services industry by acting as the "RN-Staff Development Coordinator". The RN-Staff Development Coordinator functions in a variety of settings to develop and maintain the competency of nursing staff to care for residents/patients of various adult ages and needs.

The RN Staff Development Coordinator assesses the learning needs of staff, plans and implements programs to meet these needs and evaluates the outcomes; contributes to implementation of and adherence to federal and state regulations and follows all HealthBridge Management's policies and procedures.



Requirements:


Currently licensed in the State of MA as a Registered Nurse.

Working knowledge of MDS, RAP and trigger system, care plan development and chart auditing of the nursing process. 

Must have  LTC and Acute Care experience 

Strong oral and written communication and teaching skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, community members, voluteers and other facility staff.

Must have current CPR certification.
