Nurse Shift Supervisor
The Nursing Shift Supervisor at Northwest Hospital will react to multiple demands in a dynamic environment and make decisions to provide for immediate needs to ensure efficient hospital operations. Responsibilities will include providing the coordination of all clinical activities and allocation of resources during a shift. In the absence of administration, the incumbent will also be responsible for critical decision making for the entire hospital.
Required Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington BSN BLS certification Administrative responsibility experience and competency in the application of management principles Charge Nurse experience At least five years of Staff Nurse experience Previous supervisory/management experience The ability to work a flexible schedule Solid organizational and multi-tasking capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MSN ACLS certification
