On Assignment Nurse Travel is looking for an experienced healthcare professional to take on a Nurse Recruiter role. This is a unique opportunity for an energetic, customer serivce focused nurse who is tired of working the floor. The selected candidate will combine clinical expertise with award winning personality to successfully recruit specialty nurses for travel assignments. Primary Responsibilities: -Recruiting specialty nurses (Labor and Delivery, NICU, ER, ICU, etc.) for travel assignments throughout the United States.-Sourcing specialty nurses from unique and untapped resources (job boards, internet searchs, referrals, etc.)-Partnering with recruiting managers and account executives to understand specific client needs. Requirements - HS Diploma or equivalent required, ASN/BSN preferred. - Prior experience in healthcare (RN or LPN) is required. Previous staffing/recruiting experience is a plus, but not required. - Computer savvy, primarily in Microsoft Office. Company:Â On Assignment Salary:Â Base salary + commission!
