Performs multifunctional nursing roles including health assessment, teaching, consultation, prevention of disease and treatment of patients. Provides limited health assessment, triage and counseling of employees. Graduate of University based Nurse Practitioner Program (NLN approved). Masters of Science in Nursing. National certification as family or adult Nurse Practitioner. Must have current Vermont RN License as Advanced Practice Nurse with prescriptive privileges. Must have current DEA license.
