Lankenau Hospital is seeking an Ambulatory Care Center Ob/Gyn Nurse Practitioner. This position will perform acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents. This role involves independent judgment and decision-making as well as consultation and collaboration with other members of the health care team. Will care for patients in the Ob/Gyn Ambulatory Care Center, while enhancing continuity of quality patient care; amplifying communication between the physician, family members, and the health care team; and extending the capabilities of the medical care team. 2 years Nurse Practitioner experience required (OB /GYN experience preferred). Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and Pennsylvania License (Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner) also required. A minimum of two years nursing experience in OB/GYN also required. Must participate in continuing education as well as possess BLS certification and ACLS certification.
