Nurse Practitioner - Family Practice in Cedarburg
Job Description We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with Family Practice experience to compliment the Physician practice in Cedarburg. The clinic is a relatively new site, opening 1 1/2 years ago. The right candidate will have energy and vision for assisting the MD in building a patient centered health care environment. This position will provide fulltime hours with flexibility to support patient access. Our chosen candidate will partner with the physician and staff to provide an environment of teamwork and excellent communication in the health care of patients. Current Wisconsin State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice is required. Experience in the Family Practice area is preferred.
General Qualifications
Graduate of an advanced practice nursing college specializing in Family Medicine. Current Wisconsin State licensure. Able to care for patients independently.
Desired Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in Family Medicine - Clinic preferred. Interest in promoting Wellness with patients, staff and community.
