JOB DETAILS: Scheduled hours per week: 40.00, Begin and end Times: 8AM-5pm; Days of work: M-F SUMMARY: Our nurse managers lead and support their staff and are responsible for overall unit operations which includes continuous improvement of services provided, team development initiatives, and professional practice through measurable outcomes. Their focus will be on customer service, clinical quality, quality of work life for the staff and financial performance.This leadership position requires a minimum of 3 years'previous nursing experience (preferably hospital), and a current Ohio RN license. Candidates must have solid analytical skills to solve technical, clinical, or managerial problems. Excellent communication skills are necessary to manage situations that require persuasion, and to prepare and present presentations to Hospital senior management, and to effectively manage the performance of their employees.Contact Debra K.
