I have been asked to track down top talent for a Nurse Manager/Nursing Coordinator position that has recently opening in the inpatient medical/surgical department in one of their Regional Medical Centers The hospital is located in an area that is known as a favorite vacation destination renowned for its theater and art, beautiful parks, great fishing and hunting, and shopping! The facility offers several "regional level" services that are not available elsewhere including a cardiovascular cath lab, 24-hour physician staffed emergency room, level-II nursery, inpatient rehab center, and 24-hour emergency flight helicopter service. Spread throughout the surrounding community 8 Local specialist clinics, 5 family practice clinics, and 13 physicians affiliated with this regional healthcare partnership and the local hospital provide additional care to the surrounding area.  Job Requirements My client is currently looking for an Inpatient Nurse Manager/Nursing Coordinator which would serve as a clinical resource, clinical expert and consultant to nursing personnel on the unit in patient planning and the overall management of quality patient care.  The manager/coordinator will demonstrate effective leadership skills and support the nursing department's philosophy, objectives, and vision for empowered nursing practice as well as assist in short and long range planning for the nursing unit and department.  My client is offering a great compensation and benefits package that includes a sign on bonus and relocation assistance for a qualified candidate!
