Neurorehabilitation Director

A Neurorehabilitation Director: *Develops and implements marketing plans for the development and growth of Specialty programs in Home Health division. Develops operating, financial and marketing protocols (procedures, practices) for the program in the branch. Collaborates with branch personnel to develop clinical program content.*Directs the multidisciplinary Neurorehabilitation Specialty team in the care coordination and clinical communication processes to deliver the patient centric goal oriented Neurorehabilitation model of care.*Determines market potential, competition, regulatory climate, licensure requirements and medical community support for Specialty program. Meets with existing and potential customers to establish fair pricing.*Develops training programs for field staff to facilitate their understanding of the Specialty program. *Recruits, interviews and hires clinical and support staff required for Specialty program. Supports performance reviews and counseling sessions to enhance potential to specialty staff. Will have dotted line reporting relationship with this staff.*Assists with the preparation of department budget and monitors expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints.*Acts as a central resource for information on Specialty program.
