Responsible for the following: support and troubleshooting all electronic and computer devices; maintain all voice communication systems and user voice and data accounts; install and upgrade all computer related items and software; answer all incoming service requests.
Requirements:
Requires A+; BS (BSIT is preferred); MCSE preferred; minimum of 2 years computer customer service support; PC hardware & software installation, troubleshooting and support on HP/Compaq and Dell; support & troubleshooting all Microsoft desktop OS and application; Avaya & Octel voice systems administration and support.
