.Net Developer

Cooper Clinic, a Dallas-based health and wellness organization, is seeking an entry level, full time .net developer with the following background:

 

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering with 1 - 2 years of professional programming experience
- Excellent oral and written communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SQL Server 2005 and VB.Net

- Experience in both Top Down and Object Oriented programming

- General knowledge of Windows programming


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Gathering requirements and technical specifications for new and existing applications
- Programming, testing and implementing technical specifications
- Support of existing and created applications

 

The .net developer will accomplish the following:
- develop programmatic infrastructure between disparate systems
- design, develop, modify, debug and evaluate programs

- develop conversion and system implementation plans

- maintain quality control of data sources
- analyze existing programs, devise logic procedures, perform coding, and test/debug programs

- recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards



Social intelligence, exceptional communication and customer service skills, and professional demeanor are a necessity for this position.  Must have good technical writing skills/documentation skills, and be able to solve problems and create innovative solutions.
